Welcome to our École Birds Hill School Parent Advisory Council (PAC)!
Our PAC brings families and our school community together to support student learning and make a positive difference in our school. Through fundraising, family events, school initiatives and parent involvement, we work alongside the school to create great experiences for our students.
Every family has something to contribute, and your voice matters! Whether you attend meetings, volunteer, share an idea or support our fundraising efforts, we’d love to have you involved.

Upcoming PAC Meetings
PAC meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. If that Monday falls on a holiday, we meet on Tuesday instead. All families are welcome, and we’d love to see you there!

Fall Fundraising 2026
The Parent Advisory Council is excited to kick off our fall fundraising! Thank you for your amazing support last year. We’re looking forward to another great year!
Fundraising details and order packages have been sent home with students. Families can support École Birds Hill School in two ways:
Option 1: Opt-Out Donation
Prefer to skip the product sales? Families can make a direct donation to the school instead. A suggested donation of $100 is appreciated, but any amount helps!
Donations over $25 qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
Deadline: Thursday, October 22, 2026
Option 2: Product Fundraisers

Browse the available winter items in the fundraising package sent home with your child.

Perfect for Christmas gifts or treating yourself to a meal! For every $50 in gift cards purchased, you'll receive a bonus $10 gift card.
Mabel's Labels — Available Year-Round!
Need labels for clothing, lunch containers, water bottles or all the things kids seem to misplace? Visit anytime throughout the year and select École Birds Hill School as your fundraiser. Our school receives 20% of the profits!
Important Dates
Thursday, October 22, 2026: All completed fundraising forms and payments are due to the school.
Monday, November 23, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.: Fundraising item pickup.
Payment Information
Cheque is preferred, with just one cheque for the total order value needed. Cash is also accepted.
